Walk as God’s ambassador & demonstrate His Kingdom (AUDIO)

All believers are ambassadors for God (2 Cor. 5:20-21), and as such He’s endued us with all we need (Himself) to accurately represent His Kingdom.

“Now the church is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.” (Ephesians 1:23)

By our actions, we are called to demonstrate the Kingdom of God, thus enabling people to understand the love, mercy, and goodness of God.

“Whatever city you enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you. And heal the sick there, and say to them, “The kingdom of God has come near to you.’” (Luke 10:8–9)

Not only are we ambassadors, but we are soldiers engaged in a spiritual war.  A cursory glance at the world around us makes it clear — a battle between good and evil is being waged.  As God’s representatives, we’re at the forefront of expectation in the mind and heart of God (Rom. 8:20), that we will put to use all He’s given and equipped us with — that people may be set free “from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God” (Romans 8:21)

Paradigm Shift – Living His Love and Power (AUDIO)

We are not called to think, perceive, and process things as people normally do — with human limitations — for we have the mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:16).  We are called to live and experience a higher dimension; a dimension where God’s Word dictates reality — where the Kingdom of Heaven is the final authority — where what we see with the eyes and perceive with our senses is subjugated to the reality, will, and love of God in action — thus changing lives and situations.  Faith, love, and the power of God should be the air in which we breath, not an isolated occurrence.

“For if we are out of our mind, it is for God; if we have a sound mind, it is for you. 14 For Christ’s love compels us, since we have reached this conclusion: If One died for all, then all died. 15 And He died for all so that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for the One who died for them and was raised. 16 From now on, then, we do not know anyone in a purely human way. Even if we have known Christ in a purely human way, yet now we no longer know Him in this way. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, and look, new things have come.” (2 Corinthians 5:13–17 HCSB)

Out of the old covenant and in to the new creation (AUDIO)

Bible Study by lamp light in Diepsloot

Below you’ll find a recording of Monday’s Bible Study where we studied how to live as a son (New Covenant) as contrasted to the Old Covenant, servant mentality.

In the Old Covenant God would use particular people on particular occasions. Now we walk as a son, in the fullness of Christ, at all times. There’s a big difference!  That’s why Jesus said the things He did we would do also (Jn. 14:12), and why He calls us His brother.  (Heb. 2:11)  Learn to live the miraculous — as a child of God!

The first file is the full audio.  The second is a short excerpt.

Believing God’s Word and Healing the sick (AUDIO)

Here’s a photo from last Monday’s training session. We gathered in a hall with only the light from an oil lamp due to no electricity. What a feeling :) I taught on the Creative, Miraculous power of God’s Word; discussing how God’s Word is more real than the things we see, how it brings life and healing, and more. Feel free to download and listen to the audio below. I’ve also posted two excerpts if you want to get a short idea before listening to the whole audio.

Mystery & Power of the Gospel, revealed (AUDIO)

Last Sunday I spoke again at Miracle Centre in Diepsloot.  The topic was on the “Mystery of the Gospel” which is now revealed.  (Please see below to download or play the audio files.)

What is the Gospel?  What is the good news?  Is it that Jesus died for us?  Well, that’s what made the Gospel possible — but Jesus’ death isn’t the result, it is the cause and vehicle.  Jesus death and resurrection brought forth something so powerful and life-changing that God had to hide this knowledge  from the very beginning lest the devil would not have had Jesus crucified.  This knowledge of the Gospel and the mission He was to accomplish is what prompted Jesus to say, “the works that I do you will do also, and even greater … and whatever you ask in My name, I will do it.” (Jn. 14:12-14) — because He knew the transformational power that would become available to every one who receives Him.

“However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, 8 which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.” (1 Corinthians 2:6-10)

Well, it’s not a mystery anymore!  “The mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations … has now been revealed to His saints … for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren.” (Colossians 1:26-29, Hebrews 2:11)

Healing and the prayer of faith (AUDIO)

“And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up.” (James 5:15)

This was the follow-up to Sunday at our Monday night Bible Training in Diepsloot. The topic was healing and how to effectively pray the prayer of faith. You can listen to the audio recording of this session down below.

Faith and living out what God put inside you (AUDIO)

Last Sunday I spoke at a church in Diepsloot on the topic of living out what God put inside us.  Faith, living out of the fullness of Christ, healing the sick, what we’re here on Earth to do … all touched on in this audio.

“Till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;” (Ephesians 4:13)

“12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.” (John 14:12–14)

A true African experience in the beautiful acappella song sung by the choir at the Sunday meeting.

Video – Man happy after legs healed at a petrol station

I met Joel at a petrol station and he mentioned his legs were in pain and have been (due to a fall) for a very long time.  This was obviously not a good situation for him as he needed to be on his feet constantly. After prayer, his legs were healed.  In this short video, Joel shares his testimony:

Video – Woman couldn’t walk, now she can

The last couple weeks in Diepsloot have been amazing.  I’m so happy to see people getting set free not only in their spirit, but in their bodies as well — getting set free from sickness and disease.  God is alive and well — and Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever!  Since my last update a week or so ago about 40 people have been set free from various afflictions and pains in Diepsloot.

I’ll be posting some photos and more video testimonies soon — but here’s one to get you started.

Someone brought me to this woman who had pain in her legs and thus couldn’t walk.  There were two small boys nearby so I taught them how to pray and set this grandmother free from her pain –in Jesus’ name.

Another woman was also set free from back pain.  Here are their testimonies.

More sickness destroyed in Diepsloot

One of the better sections of Diepsloot

Yesterday I was again privileged to walk the dirt roads in Diepsloot as God extended His loving and healing touch in to the lives of real people in tough situations.

FEVER AND PAIN DESTROYED

One precious older woman who needs to care for her grandchildren was in bed with fever and flu-like symptoms — sweating profusely.  It was a pleasure to hold her hand as God brought her healing and relief.  The sweat dried up and she sat up obviously feeling well.  She also said the pain from her leg (which had limited mobility) was gone, and she could begin moving her foot in ways she couldn’t before.

UNIDENTIFIED PAIN AND INFECTION GONE

After praying for a child one woman led me to another shack to a man who was in bed with pain throughout his body.  I asked what was wrong and he said they think it’s some kind of infection, but they couldn’t identify it.  I laid hands on his chest and God sent waves of healing throughout his body.  Some time was spent just soaking in God’s presence as He did the miraculous work in the man’s body.

I asked the man what he was feeling.  He answered (still with his eyes closed as if enjoying and soaking up what was happening) that he felt movement throughout his body.  I told him, “Yes, God is moving things the way they should be.  You’re healed.”

He was very thankful and went on to tell me of some of the hardships he was facing — his belongings getting washed away in a flood, the struggle to provide for his family since he couldn’t move around while he was sick, amongst other things.  Needless to say the deliverance from this pain afflicting infection was to be a real boost in his life.  I simply shared how much Jesus loves Him and will always be with Him as he walks with Him.

We went on to another location and a man we were speaking with said to me, “Hey, did you pray for that guy over there?” (Pointing to the man I just prayed for who was now out for a walk.) “I saw him this morning — he was sick in bed and couldn’t move!”  The man pointing this out was obviously experiencing a paradigm shift in to the reality and realm of God’s healing power.

BODY RACKED WITH PAIN HEALED

The man pointing out the one just healed proceeded to ask me to pray for another person who was nearby.  He couldn’t speak English extremely well, but he could manage to say he had pain all over his body.  Hands on his chest, God did His thing, this man was soon stretching around and testing out his new body — the new, without pain version.  He asked when I would be returning.

The one I mentioned before is a leader in the community and expressed that he’s very keen for further meetings so others too can experience the reality of God in their lives.  I said I would certainly be back — it’s my life and what I love to do — bringing the reality of God’s supernatural love in to the lives of real people, in real situations.
